XENXO

Xenxo makes one of the most advanced smart rings on the market. The hardware was impressive. The app was not. A 7 year old interface with outdated flows, inconsistent UI, and UX issues that were getting in the way of what the product could do. My job was to fix it. I audited the existing interface, mapped the broken flows, and redesigned the mobile UI from the ground up modernising the visual system, restructuring the user flows, and building an experience that finally matched the quality of the device it sat alongside. The result was recognised with Maddy's Silver Award in 2024 awarded through Wings Design Studio, Chennai.
